Tenant screening operating procedures:
Tenant Check will then proceed to obtain the following the information:
Length of Residency Completion of lease Satisfactory notice Promptness of rent payments Condition of unit upon vacating Damages Complaints Pets Occupancy Re-rent status
Hire date Job title Full or part-time status Temporary of permanent status Salary
Date account opened Number of returned checks in last 6-12 months Average digits in account If current check for XXX would clear at this time
All information will be returned to the property owner, leasing agent, and/or property manager as it is received. You will receive all information, allowed by law, that we obtain regarding your prospective tenant. We do not “score” the prospective tenant, instead we furnish you with all the necessary information you need to make an informed decision regarding renting your property. The decision is then yours to make, after all it is your property they will be living in, not ours!
A signed release must be obtained and submitted on each applicant before Tenant Check, Inc. will begin an investigation. |
